Today was a good day. I was in Butler doing the Target. At first I wasn’t up for counting the store. I had horrific flashbacks of how bad Mayfield Heights went and had no desire to do a single Target in 2020. But I stayed strong and today went a lot better than I thought. We’ll see how well the Targets go this year.
Remember, the week after that Mayfield Heights started that great run that went through the holidays and all the way to the Super Bowl and beyond. To put it in a nutshell, I’ve done well since November.
During a lull in the action this morning, I discovered my Stylish DTM pose. When I do my mirror selfies maybe I’ll try out the pose for all of you.
I’ll be staying in this Valentines Day as I have a busy weekend planned. I’ll watch some Gilmore Girls on Netflix. I’m on Season Three, Rory’s senior year at Chilton. I could eat pizza while watching the show (Lorelai and Rory ate pizza while watching some movie). I have a movie in mind for tonight as well.
What’s happening this weekend? Well, I have my Front Line Ministry role tomorrow night at Cornerstone. I’ll be heading up the desk at the Welcome Center. I enjoy doing it and greeting everyone who walks in. Sunday I have my Toastmasters meeting at the United Presbyterian Church in Blairsville. We have an exciting meeting planned with four speakers scheduled. We are trying to get a fire 🔥 burning in our club and build membership back up. I met with them
A little later tonight I’m going to do some mirror selfies because I’m mixing and matching some V-neck tops with my white pants. That’s why this blog will be out after 7. I’ll attempt to get the Stylish DTM pose in there too.
My season starts next week. Contest season that is. All the club contests have wrapped up and we are now onto the Area portion. There are some going tomorrow and Thursday night. I’ll be traveling to State College for the Area 22 contest. I plan to spend the night in Altoona the night before.
The week after that I’ll be helping out at the Area 21 contest at Pitt Johnstown. The Area Director is my home club’s President. Jim Teague will be looking for help across the board. He’s likely going to tab me to volunteer as well. I might end up being chief judge. Before I head to Johnstown, I might have a coffee ☕️ date at White Rabbit 🐇 with my favorite people, my squad. #squadgoals
