Happy Thursday. We’re one day closer to the weekend. Guess what? I posted my 50th blog last night. That calls for a celebration. I’m thankful for all of your support on the blog. I enjoy sharing my life with you, giving shoutouts, and dressing nice for all of you.

Registration is up for the Spring Conference. I’ll be getting on it soon enough. Those who do so before March 1 will get early VIP treatment. It looks like it’ll be a great time. The theme is Springtime in Paris. The International Convention will be in Paris in August so it’s only appropriate. Our keynote speaker is going to be our former International President. This is my 15th conference and I’ll be receiving my DTM medal at this one.
I’ll be assisting our conference chairs Jim and Michelle Teague as the publications chair. My role is as follows:
I’ll be working with the Event Chair, Program Quality Director, Event Awards Chair, Education Chair, Event PR Chair and Public Relations Manager to create and publish event brochure, agendas and any other printed material.
From what I know so far, I will be responsible for putting together the program/brochure for the event. In the past, the brochure was about 32 pages long and included advertisements from sponsors. They are working on getting sponsorships and advertisements.
I will be asking who my other contacts are that will be reporting to me. I know two already (the PQD and the PRM). I will also ask about deadlines that I need to meet between now and the conference.
Happy Valentine’s Day tomorrow. If you have a nice night planned with your sweetheart, more power to you. I have a nice night planned too. I’ll be watching Gilmore Girls and eating pizza. It’ll be a fun night. I have a good movie in mind. I’m thinking Kate and Leopold.
I’ll also be taking some selfies because I feel the need to do some mixing and matching. It’s just some V-neck tops with my white jeans and leather jacket. It’ll pass the time and I’m doing it as a favor to some friends of mine.
Time to close off the blog with a shoutout to my favorite green and white school. It’s winter time but even when the ground is white, there’s no place to be like Slippery Rock University. I used to make this walk to class or Bailey Library in the cold during my first year at Slippery Rock . One of the oldest and most beautiful buildings on campus.

Live your best life. Be your best you. ROCK out because you are worth it. Don’t forget to laugh because laughter is the best medicine. Happy Valentine’s Day tomorrow and don’t each too much chocolate.
Bye everyone. ❤️ you.
